How to Book Your Private Tour

Planning a private tour in Toyama is simple and flexible.

Each itinerary is carefully tailored to your interests, travel style, and pace—whether you prefer nature, culture, cuisine, or hidden local experiences.

Step 1– Send Your Request　

Please start by submitting your request through the Book a Tour page with your preferred travel date, number of guests, and interests.

You may also share any special requests, such as fine dining, scenic photography spots, or cultural experiences.

Step 2 – We Prepare Your Plan

After we receive your request, we will:

• Customize your itinerary based on your interests
• Suggest a schedule and estimated price
• Send you our Terms & Conditions

We focus on relaxed, meaningful travel rather than rushed sightseeing.

Step 3 – Confirm and Pay

Once you agree to the plan and price:

• Payment is due at least 21 days before your tour date
• Payments are made via PayPal

Step 4 – Final Itinerary

When payment is confirmed, we will send your itinerary approximately 3 weeks before the tour.

Private Tours Only

All tours are private and exclusively for you and your group.

Minimum booking: 1 guest. Couples, families, and small groups are welcome.
